Return Policy - How to return your order

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return an item, we make the process as simple as possible. Read here about our return policy and procedures.

Return period

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return goods.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be in original condition and packaging
Not used or damaged

How to return
Contact us: Send an e-mail to hello@movv.dk with your order number and a brief description of why you want to return the item.
Pack the item securely: If possible, use the original packaging to ensure that the item is not damaged during the return transport.
Send the item back: We give you information about where the item should be sent. Return costs are paid by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Refund

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund.

The refund will be made via your original payment method within 14 working days.
Any shipping costs from the original order will not be refunded.
Exchange of goods

If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order. This ensures that you receive the desired item as soon as possible.
