Return Period

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return goods.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be in original condition and packaging
• Not be used or damaged

How to Return

1. Register Your Return

Register your return using our Return Portal.

Please note the following return fees:

• Denmark orders: Free returns
• EU/International orders: 20EUR return fee (deducted from your refund).

2. Pack Your Return Carefully

Pack the item securely. If possible, use the original packaging to ensure the item is not damaged during return transport.

3. Send the Item Back

We will provide information about where the item should be sent. Additional details are available on your return label.

4. Refund

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be made via your original payment method within 14 working days.

Exchange of Goods

If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order. This ensures you receive the desired item as soon as possible.
