Prices

All prices at MOVV ApS are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice and are not responsible for items that are out of stock.

Payment

We accept payment via Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and MobilePay. Payment will only be withdrawn from your account when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in DKK, including VAT and taxes. We are not responsible for price errors or sold-out/discontinued items.

Domestic Delivery (Denmark)

We strive to ship orders placed before 5 PM on the same day. Orders placed afterward are shipped the next business day. We ship throughout Denmark, with shipping rates starting at DKK 50. Items will be delivered to the shipping address specified in the order. Orders are shipped with Post Nord or GLS. If there is no space at the pickup location, the package will be redirected to the nearest location, and you will be notified. For any issues, please contact customer service. Deliveries are made on business days. You will receive your item within 1-3 business days after ordering.

International Delivery

We ship internationally to all European Union member countries and select European countries. International shipping is handled by UPS. We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden. International delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Items will be delivered to the shipping address specified in the order.

Delivery Restrictions

We do not deliver to the Faroe Islands or Greenland. Some items may have specific delivery terms, which will be stated before purchase.

General Delivery Information

All deliveries are made on business days. For any delivery issues, please contact customer service.

Warranty

There is a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, covering material and/or manufacturing defects. Depending on the situation, you may have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction. The warranty does not cover damage due to improper handling or normal wear and tear. Claims must be submitted within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.

COD shipments are not accepted.

Refunds

If a refund is necessary, please provide your bank account details (registration and account number) for the refund transfer. This information will only be used to process the refund.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day full return policy on items purchased through our webshop. The period is counted from the day:

  • You receive the order.
  • You receive the last item if your order includes multiple items delivered separately or in installments.
  • You receive the last batch or part of an order for items consisting of multiple parts.
  • You receive the first item in a regular delivery agreement over a specified period.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. You must notify us within 14 days of purchase and return the item within 14 days from your withdrawal notice. Contact us via email at hello@movv.dk and clearly state your intent to withdraw.

Simply refusing delivery does not constitute a valid withdrawal without proper notification.
